Hi, I received my advanced replacement, it came with a single label sheet, with two separate stickers. One is the generic UPS sticker, the other says BP Claim Ref ID, Has an RMA #, and also had a list of four issues to choose from (Part damaged by user,
part DOA, part unused, defective part return) with the header Please Circle One. Does the second sticker also go on the shipping box or on the console itself. Do i circle the choice or is that for the repair center/ UPS?
