Advanced Exchange, Controller keeps disconnecting, Drive doesnt work

Since the 27. of November im waiting for my Exchange Console. Today i called the Support to find out that Microsoft (Germany) doesnt have Consoles to ship as an Exchange at the moment and they couldnt tell me when this will be solved and i would get mine. "A bit more Patience", they said. Im really, really disappointed by Microsoft, their Product and especially the Support.
