This happens when one tries to access they're payment options online, or delete one. Also, on the console, one is repeatedly told they're account is suspended until they update their payment options, which is impossible to do seeing the above, and even selecting a valid payment option on the console prompts the user they'll be billed, however this is not the case. It's happening to several people, and I've come across several forum posts regarding the same thing with no helpful response. It's been happening for 3 days now and it's getting quite frustrating.
