Adding family members

So whilst trying to sort out my Xbox one family I seem to of hit a wall. Now I have another Xbox account (Dominat0r57) which is an under age of majority account and therefore needs an adult supervisor but as my Dad works away from home I also have the details for his account which is the one I am currently on as it has been newly created to allow me to use the Xbox one fully. Now getting back to the problem I am trying to go all digital for this generation of consoles and the Xbox one is making this incredibly difficult firstly I tried to buy some games using my account which has parent authorisation to purchase game via the XBL marketplace I kept receiving an error message saying that I did not have this enabled and needed to sign in with an adult account and change my accounts settings now this had me stumped for a while and i tried various methods to resolve it and only today have I realised how simple the problem was to resolve so I signed in today on this account expecting to just add my account to the family and thus change my settings allowing me to purchase the digital content. I tried to add Dominat0r57 to my family and I received a message saying that Dominat0r57 was already tied to another family so I then asked my brother to sign in on his account and he complied and then added MurkyTitan4 (which has always been tied to my Xbox account since I created an Xbox 360 account) his family now I thought everything was fine and I would be able to change my account setting finally allowing me to buy the games, but much to my woe Dominat0r57  is now tied to neither of the adult accounts and I have tried to get it back into the family with no success.

Please can you help as I've been trying to balance solving this problem and my mountains of college work for nearly a week, If it is necessary I will call support but I thought the problem would be much easier to solve.

Hey there Titan! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start off, is your Dominat0r57 account still under the age of majority? Or was it just under the age of majority when it was created?

If it was under the age of majority when it was created but is now over that age, you can just promote the account to be an adult account.

If not, I suggest using the Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist who will be able to look through your families with you and see if there are any holds there.

Yeah Dominat0r57 is still under the age of majority so as per your instructions i'll set up a support call. I will get back to you as soon as the problem is resolved.
