Today, I came home and signed into Xbox Live and checked my achievement list. I noticed that a game that I had never played before, and don't own, was on top in the most recently played game spot. I don't know how, who, when, or where this happened but I really don't intend to play the game that is mysteriously in my achievement list. Is there any way to remove the achievements that have been earned by the achievement poltergeist? I will move through the proper channels if I have to contact the support team or another section of Microsoft but I really do not want these achievements on my profile. Thanks in advance for your help and have a nice day.

Sorry but once you earn an achievement on a game it can never be removed from your games played/achievement list.

Someone must have played the game while signed in with your profile, games don't just appear on your played list with unlocked achievements.
