Achievements not popping up

Hey

Not a big issue but an annoying one nevertheless. Whenever I unlock an achievement it is not popping up on screen like it used to, the achievements unlock okay but doesn't display it at the time and I don't know I have it unless I actually go and look, how can I fix this?

Sounds like you may have notifications turned off.  You can turn then back on from your Settings menu.

I have the same problem, and I have my notifications turned on. I have turned them off, restarted console, and turned them back on again, yet still no pop. The achievements ARE however popping in time on my linked Windows 10 PC. Confusing and annoying.

Achievements on Xbox One are broken and Microsoft needs to fix it. I agree it's super annoying because I have the same issue. Any achievements I unlock rarely ever pop the notification on screen. I have notifications turned on, signed into Live, hard reset, all other "solutions" I've read online.  Nothing works. I know the achievement unlocks because it shows up instantly in Smartglass or in achievements hub. It's the notification that's broken.

Had this myself & a hard reset seems to have sorted it.

Hold the power button on the front of your console until it turns off.Unplug from the mains for 5 minutes then plug back in & restart your console.

It may not sort out the issue for you but that's what worked for me so worth a try.

I have also been seeing this problem happen to me, I have unlocked several achievements over the weekend and I noticed a few did not pop up on screen.

Also I was playing Need for Speed and someone send me 2 messages and they did not pop up, I knew I got messages when my smart glass app notified me.

I have tried many thing

Hard Reset

Remove and Recover profile

Check notifications are all on

Check NAT type (Open)

I just think the notification are being hit and miss lately. I don't see it often but it happens.

Update:

Tonight I was on Xbox and achievement notification were not popping again apart from 2 but they all unlocked perfectly fine but also a party notification from my friend did not pop up.

Just notification over all seem to be intermittent from time to time.
