I've been trying for 2 days to get in to my account to change my card payment details but keep getting a message saying I found a glitch in the system.

Can you please help?

Try to visit the alternative billing site here. This is more than likely happening because you have an expired/invalid payment method on file in conjunction with automatic renewal. You'll need to add a new payment method and pay any balance that's there and then remove the invalid payment method.
