account wrong for what i paid

payed for family account but has as gold and charged for family accont used 3 month card and got credit but may have locked me in on gold instead of family for 12 months

You might have a better shot to get this fixed if you call billing. For the US it is 1-800-4MYXBOX. They will help you get it straightened out much faster then doing it online.
