account suspention

I was suspended from Xbox live for a week. Before i got suspended the account had 12 months and 3 credit cards on it. When i got it back today it was a silver account and it had none of my billing information left on it. I would like to know if i could get my membership back to gold for the rest of my 12 months ASAP. The GT of the account is Demonslayer2012. Thank you to whoever can help me with this.

Sounds like you might need to contact Xbox Support and file and unauthorized access investigation.

Okay, you need to do two things.

1). You need to go to the Account Suspension Forums to see exactly why you were suspended.

2). You need to call 1800-4My-Xbox to find out what you can do with the billing issue.
