Account Suspension

Hello Microsoft

I am not happy about another account suspension for £5.08 as I feel it is due to a system error on your part that needs to be fixed. Myself, partner, family and business all have their own Xboxs and live accounts and I have spent a considerable amount of money with Microsoft over the last decade. Especially since upgrading us to the Xbox one each as well as all of the games.
I don't understand why this has happened again I checked my bank account on the day I made this purchase to insure I didn't have this problem again and the money was there. I have also checked the account today and there is money in there so what exactly are you doing at that end?
Why do you not take the money immediately like it states it does when you confirm purchase on the console? If the money was not in the account then it would not have let me confirm the purchase on my Xbox would it?
If your system is not taking the money as an immediate card payment like it states then what is it doing.
And also you are quick enough to let me spend my money through the console but when you suspend my account you tell me this by an email that i very rarely check so its always to late and the first i know of it is when my account is not working
through all these years I've been an avid Xbox fan and have never considered moving to another console provider until now I have friends with other consoles and they have not had this problem. I have the preview registration app to help you guys improve your service at the cost of my gameplay experience with my friends you should not be such a greedy company and should look after loyal customers I set up a business and used only Xbox consoles because of the belief I have in you guys and this is just not on.
I will not be happy about another account suspension when the money is available right now in my account to pay the balance owed.
