Account suspended

okay so I went on vacation for about two months and came back today so I haven't been paying for gold.. When I tried to get on to my account it basically suspended everything to the point where I can only play offline it didn't even revert back to silver so I cant measage friends or even see my friends list or send messages or anything and when I try and change my account settings I the website I get sent into an endless lop of accepting the terms of the code of conduct does anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry to hear it.  If you haven't been paying for your membership then your account will have had a billing suspension applied to it.  This means that you will not be able to add or purchase anything on the account until the bill is paid.

You can take care of this either by paying online at or by contacting phone support.  If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
