Account suspended

My account was suspended today for payment issues. I have rectified this and now can access xbox live once more. However my friends list has disappeared and can no longer send or recieve any sort of message/friend request. I have tried support to no avail, and would like to know as to when I will receive my full features back, as I have completed the payment option and profile update. Thank you in advance.

To solve this issue, try the following:

1.  restart Xbox 360 console.

2.  Test Xbox LIVE Connection

3.  Sign into Xbox LIVE.

If this does not solve the issue, call the support again & they should escalate your case.
