Account suspended!

My XboxLive account was suspended back in August for claimed Marketplace theft. I wouldn't even know how to do such a thing and I was angry that the phone support couldn't tell me anything about this. I called phone support today and they said that a lot of accounts got banned accidentally and mine could've been one of them. My XboxLive gold account that got banned was Luger11881. Please help me. Thanks!
