Account suspended unable to fix?

So i have an error saying i need to update my payment info or method but when i goto xbox.com/account it tells me there is a glitch in the system and im unable to fix the problem any advice would be great thanks

Best solution, call xbox phone support and talk to a billing agent.  They will be able to switch your subscription to a new payment method.  It sounds like you probably have a billing suspension on your account, which will prevent you from making any and all purchases until this is resolved, including redeeming PPC's

If you don't want to call, you might be able to take care of it at http://commerce.microsoft.com. It's the billing site, but it might be restricted since you've hit the suspended status.
