Account Suspended due to Payment

Ok so recently my account has been suspended due to a credit card expiring. I have added a new credit card to payment options however when i go onto manage account, it says "Cannot show memberships, please try again later'. I have tried signing into my on my account and when i try to change membership on here an error page comes up on everything i click. Please help
