Account suspended due to new headphones noise issue, could'nt be solved

Hi, I just bought a new headset this week and unfortunately, there has been noise issue after 3 days gaming. I tried to reboot the xbox and headset but didn't solve the problem and found myself banned for a week. Today I updated the firmware and willing to try again but cannot test being banned for xbox live. Pls help. I can assure you that no unsuitable behavior from my side.
