My account has been suspended. It says "Your membership is suspended due to a problem with your payment option. To continue your membership, edit the payment option". My account is paid up until 7/2012. What gives?
Sorry, you were misinformed. The only people who can help you are phone support. Ring them back and during the menu prompts be sure to select BILLING. If you select any other option you will only increase your wait/service time.
