account suspended due to a problem with payment option

 My account (smuggle wuzzle) has been suspended due to a problem with my payment option and when i click on update profile i used a different payment option. then it said i was signed in xbox live gold but none of friends were there and my online saftey was back to normal and it said that the online saftey was all allowed wich was my custom settings. Then i tried to play online and it signed me out of xbox live as soon as i went onto a game. please help me try and fix this problem.

well what payment option did you use?

a new creditcard or a debitcard?

if you use a prepaid membership card that doesn't solve the issue

you need to add a creditcard or debitcard or paypal account

or you can always call xbox support

and see if they can push your payment thru the new creditcard
