Account suspended because there was a problem with payment

So I try to log in but I cannot because I get the error message stated above. I read something about auto-recurring memberships, but I have not bought any of those. My gold lasts till June of 2012, so this mustn't be the case. A credit card expired in may.. but.. that was months ago. Just the other day it was displaying the message. Now I cannot sign in. I think this may have something to do with my account being hacked and Microsoft saying they will get my Microsoft Points back.
