I just recently bought an xbox one and tried to reactivate my xbox live gold subscription. I get odd error messages and in some screens I was told my account was locked. I contacted support and was assured it would be resolved in 24 hours. Over 4 days later the problem is still not resolved. I am still unable to renew my subscription. I got an email that said my account was now unlocked and I would be able to up my subscription in 24 hours. Its been past 24 hours for what I would imagine would be a instant change. Can anyone let me know whats wrong with my account?
For example I get this error when trying to up my subscription.
