Account still locked 24 hours after Unlock email.

Hello,

I just recently bought an xbox one and tried to reactivate my xbox live gold subscription. I get odd error messages and in some screens I was told my account was locked. I contacted support and was assured it would be resolved in 24 hours. Over 4 days later the problem is still not resolved. I am still unable to renew my subscription. I got an email that said my account was now unlocked and I would be able to up my subscription in 24 hours. Its been past 24 hours for what I would imagine would be a instant change. Can anyone let me know whats wrong with my account?

For example I get this error when trying to up my subscription.

I tried to contact support a 2nd time and they told me to keep waiting. I don't think they are able to help me. Is it possible to get a call from xbox directly?

Hi Snoop,

It looks like your account is currently Gold. Are you still running into that error when trying to access your account on Xbox.com?

If so, phone support are best equipped to assist. Have you tried the 1800-4MY-XBOX number? If not, I would suggest giving that a shot.

Let us know how that goes, or if you have anymore questions.
