Account shows 0 gamerscore when I sign into any game

I was playing Arkham Origins earlier and just completed the Shadow Vigilante challenges for the achievement. For some reason the achievement didn't pop so I went to the guide to double check. I was apparently still signed in, but it was showing my gamerscore as 0 with NO games played. I restarted my Xbox and signed back in. On the dash my account shows my actual gamerscore which is 22973, and all my achievements are there when I go to the guide as long as I'm on the dashboard.

I tried going back into the game, it loads up and I press the Guide button, and my account goes back to showing 0G. I thought the problem may have just been with Arkham Origins, since the game has been causing my Xbox to freeze quite a bit, so I tried another game and the same thing happened. I don't know what to do!

Also, when this happens I am still signed in to my account but it signs me out of Xbox Live without giving me the "Disconnected from Xbox Live" message. When I try to connect to Xbox Live from there, I am asked to enter my email and password. When I do this I get an error message with Code: 80151015.

I think it's lag. Try turning it all the way off. And wait a little bit sounds like bad connection xbox live could be having some issues.

G'day Donkey! It sounds like re-downloading your profile might do the trick here. Give these steps a shot:

  • Delete your profile ONLY (not items!) from the hard drive or whichever storage device it is saved to.
  • Clear the cache.
  • Power down the console completely, and then turn it back on.
  • Download your profile.
  • Launch the game again.

Let us know the result. If that doesn't work, we will try something else.
