Account REP

I am asking politely, as with everything else I do, for my account to become usable once again. I have just recently purchased the Xbox One as well as the year long Live membership. It has only been three weeks now and I have been reduced to a negative rating. I have no clue as to why or how this came to be, but please help me change this. I play fairly and others just need to get on my level as they say. Thank you.
