seeing that its not working ill just retype it here

Ok so my son was *** around with his account and he changed his account region to South Africa and know he doesn't have video marketplace so he cant use netflix and he lost all his downloadable content including some full games and on his membership thing it said he doesn't have to renew until 2012 and he only paid for live till next month please help me get this reset

There is no way to reset it. The account migration tool can only be used once every 12 months and only for the 9 countries that the tool is available for.

maybe because this is a not reversable user error? and not meant to be used by any other region other then the 9 regions
