Account "Compromised" on 8/6

Someone got my account info and used it to purchase MS points on 8/6 but I didn't learn about it till 9/1. Already got money back from back so thats not a big deal but my account is still "Under Investigation." Called on either 9/1 or 9/2 cant remember which and was told they would investigate my account. The first e-mail I got was on 9/6 saying they were locking my account and I have not heard anything since. I just want my account back, how hard is it to reverse some charges...

Unfortunately it can take upto 30 business days for an account investigation to be concluded.

I was told 7-21 but is it 7-21 days from when I called or from when they actually locked my account?
