Account Problems

Won't let me redownload my account, when I try, it says Error 80151012.

 Sorry to hear you are having a problem but it sounds like your account is locked. To attempt to resolve this problem, try running through the 80151012 Error Code Guide. Let us know if this works. If not we'll continue on from there.
