Account Payment Issues

Hello, I'm having a bit of an issue. Several months ago I sold my xbox 360 - so I no longer have nor play on one. I recently put some money onto my debit card for other purchases only to find that Xboxlive had taken a sum of that money on an auto renewal I neither set nor wanted. I've tried to find some other way to contact support so I can sort this issue out but have been largely unsuccessful - I need to find out who to talk to or what to do to get that subscription canceled and the fee returned to my debit card as quickly as possible. The only issue is I don't recall any of my Xboxlive account information and all I do know is the card number the fee was taken from. 

Any help would be appreciated.

My only suggestion is to call

1-800-4MY-XBOX

the chats will not help at all in this case
