Account not connecting

I used my mums email years ago to creat my account and the error code 8015d003 is poping up and I don't know if she has a Microsoft account or not so I don't know what to do

If you can't remember the email or microsoft account, and you can't access your account without it, then you will need to call support and tell them this, and they will walk you through steps to find the proper information.

The steps you would normally take to solve this issue are as follows;

If you haven't tried to reset your password by doing SMS validation, answering the secret question, send a security code to phone or email a reset link to your alternate email that is associated to your account please follow the steps below:

1. Go to this link, account.live.com/.../reset.

2. Choose I forgot password.

3. Click reset your password.

4. Enter your account.

5. Enter the characters you see.

6. Click next.

7. Select the reset option that is associated to your account.

If the reset option doesn’t work for you.

8. Then choose I can't use any of these options.

9.  Answer the questionnaire to establish ownership.

10. Then click submit.

Now this all assumes you know the info that was put into your mom's account of you have access to the phone she gave as s contact (for SMS).

To be honest with you, I would suggest your best course of action is to start a new account linked to your own passport.
