Account Migration Issues

I'm getting a "There are problems migrating the account" message when I try to migrate my account from Spain to the UK. I've been in the UK for the last few years. Can anyone help me with this?

Kind regards

carlos

I've tried from a different number of computers and browsers, including different versions of IE, cleaning cookies and caches. To no avail.

I'm not in any of the scenarios listed above, as far as I can tell.

did you use a creditcard?

you may have to check billing.microsoft.com for pending suspensions for payment options

denied transactions could lead to one

Thanks, ngocphi.

Looking at billing.microsoft.com I can see now that I have a "ES - Personal account", a "GB - Personal account" (which I am using for Windows Store) and a "GB - Business account" (which I am  using for Azure), so this actually might be the reason why I can´t migrate.

So, what should I do?

Hmm, there are a few thing that can keep an account from migrating, but that card shouldn't be it. Is there any kind of billing suspension on the account?  Or have you migrated it before?  Also, would the account be a child account by the laws of either region?

Thanks for your help, Miss Ermine.

First time I tried to migrate was when this happened, there is no billing suspension -I didn't pay my current xbox live gold subscription with a credit card- and I was born in 1975.

What can I do?
