Account Locked

My XBL gold account (microsoft account) was locked a while back because of a closed email account, and I talked to customer support about this yesterday and I was directed to fill out a form to submit to unlock the account.  I submitted that form on this account, and I was told to come to the forums and ask for an unlock if it didn't happen within 24 hours.  Well, it's been 24 hours and my account is still locked and I haven't received an email.   The account username is [MOD REMOVED] and I do posses the correct password, I can supply that within a private chat if necessary.  The ticket I was given when the email was sent in the subject heading was:

Hi Crown. We have no unlock powers here on the forums, so I must say you were misinformed. Submitting that recovery form is exactly what you need to do though, so I would just sit tight, and wait for the reply on that. Best of luck!
