Account issues.

I'm very sorry if this is addressed some-where else, but I can't find it if it is. I just got on my xbox again after years of not being able to use it. How-ever, I have encountered many strange problems. For starters it's asking me to have my parent verify the new ToS....which is strange considering that I shouldn't have a child account any-more since I am now 19. I tried following the steps in another thread to 'promote' my account but the account tab is greyed out for what-ever reason. Also randomly on this site it-self it'll ask me to sign into my outlook and confirm the ToS, but when I do all it does it sign me back out. Again, sorry, but Can you please help?

The account section on the Dashboard is grayed out because you do not currently have an Xbox live Gold subscription. A parent account needing to verify the terms and conditions seems strange to me unless you have an incorrect D.O.B, also the issue of you not being able to sign into outlook is also very strange. My best advice would be to contact Microsoft support through chat by clicking the following link and selecting "Chat with Microsoft Support". They should be able to check on your account information to make sure its all correct. I hope your problem gets resolved.

Sorry to bother you again with another issue, but when I go to chat with Microsoft support my browser says:

"The page isn't redirecting properly

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

.Do I have to buy Xbox Live to get my account straight again?

Have you tried using a different browser for support? Internet Explorer by chance? 

If you are still encountering errors when using other browsers, Phone Support would be the next best step.
