Account Info wrong??

Keep getting CODE 8015D002 when I try to sign in to my xbox live account and its telling me that my password is wrong or my email address doesn't have an xbox live membership attached...obviously it does.

Any help?!?

Hi there,

-if the clearing of the cache doesn't work try the following steps.

-

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) enter the security verification afterwards and alls should be fine again.

Hmmm, what the heck!  Can you use that email to sign into login.live.com?  If that works, then please clear your console's cache, and the head to the Sign In screen to redownload that profile.  Any good that way?
