account info error

my xbox continuously says that my mircosoft password and email are incorrect when they are not. the messages either say that my account info is wrong or that something went wrong. It did sign me in for about an hour and as soon as I tried to switch apps the error appeared again.please help :(

2.Select Storage or Memory.

5.Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

6.Go back to Storage


8.Select Yes to clear the System Update

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

2.Select Download Profile.

3.Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

4.Enter your Microsoft account password.
