Account Hijacked

I had this happen to me Friday, I phoned Mircosoft and talked to them about it, they said they opened a claim for me and gave me a claim number, but nothing has happened yet. I can still log into Xbox Live and everything is still in a weird language. I noticed after I talked to the rep that I recieved 3 emails saying I purchased 6000 Microsoft Points each time using the credit card linked to the account, and another like the email saying something about a subscription transfer.

You should contact your bank and report the fraud.

When the claim was started they should have locked the account - Contact support with your Ref# and have them lock the account.

Is this the account that is in question? Tagnus77?

Ahh I was going to say if your able to post on here under the account in question you can change the password.

You should also change your email password, and any other passwords that have the same email/password combination. Forums/Facebook/Myspace/Banks etc..
