Some *** has bought a load of microsoft points from ZUNE or something, i've cancelled my card.
How do i go about making sure the money spent on the points gets refunded?
How have they even got into my account?

If its not the users fault for losing the account then surely they MUST be refunded the missing points?
They said 25 days for me aswell.

Friend has been victim of this also, they spent his 5000 or so points,
doesn't have a card tied to the account thou.

Sunridge you may also want to check your EA/Origin account. I didn't look at it earlier but my password has been changed on that as well.
