account hacked 19th august 2011

basically my account was phished ;ast month they said it would take 30 days maximum on average but i still have not got anything back 

what should i do dont wanna keep wasting my time either phoning them up

i got one recently saying this

It probably is going to take 30 days form that email, i know they said 30 days the day you called but i am guessing the investigation did not even start till you got that email.

I also had my account stolen last friday and yet to get my first email...
