account glitch?

when i log into it asks for a code sent to me by my email. when i use the code all a big message pops up on the screen saying "oops that shouldnt have happened. it seems like you've found a glitch." and when i try to add a prepaid 3 month live card it says that there was an error and i should try later. any advice on how to fix this would me very appreciated.
