Everytime I try to login it keeps asking me that I should migrate my account, so after accepting the terms and conditions a web page tells me the following:

Complete with a picture of a guy shrugging his shoulders looking like "Oh well sh*t happens"

What can I do, besides creating a new gamertag with a different e-mail (is the only advice the guy on the phone knows about)
