Account error

Hi there

Everytime I try to login it keeps asking me that I should migrate my account, so after accepting the terms and conditions a web page tells me the following:

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

Complete with a picture of a guy shrugging his shoulders looking like "Oh well sh*t happens"

And after looking trought some pages on the address https://live.xbox.com/es-ES/BillingMigration/SelectRegion a orange box and a message "We currently do not support the migration of accounts that are web only."

What can I do, besides creating a new gamertag with a different e-mail (is the only advice the guy on the phone knows about)

So when you say "log in" are you talking about on Xbox.com. What happens when you try to sign in to LIVE or recover your profile on the console?
