Hey Xbox community,
When the recent security update came through, it locked my account and sent a code to my email to unlock it. This would be no problem at all considering I'm the only one using my account... except there is one issue. The email that the code is being sent to is deleted, gone and no longer exists! Ive sent a request to the xbox help line and they sent me a security reset page, but it requests me to access my email to get the new password, thus I'm in a redundant loop of trying to access an email account that has no means of entry. Can anyone help me? All I would need is to change my email to another one (I had to create another account just to access this forum too) or delete the account so I ail no longer be billed for it.
