Account email Issues, gold renewal bonuses.

Hello, 

I have tried on several occasions to change my email address/windows live address associated with my xbox gamertag 'morriscey'.  over a year ago I tried to change my email address, as the one associated with my gamertag has been deactivated.  Every time i tried through the dashboard i got an error to try again later. When I tried using a browser, I got a 'try again later' error. I contacted phone support on two occasions, and I have contacted on line support at least once, to no avail.   

Because the email was unable to be changed, and was unable to receive emails, I didn't get my "free game when you renew live for a year" bonus promotion. I recently renewed again, and I want to make sure my 600 points don't vanish and inquire to see if i can still get the game. I'd also like to see if I could get my email changed so this doesnt happen again.
