Just a few hours ago, someone tried to charge one or more 6000 MS Point bundles to my Xbox Live account. I received an email telling me that the attempt to charge my card had failed. This did not work, as I had the card attached to my account canceled due to the Playstation Network hacking incident, and had not added a new one.
I just want to ensure that whoever gained access to my account no longer has it, and that the 6000 point bundles do not stay on my account, as I do not want to be charged for them later. I have changed my password twice. Despite this, I was able to log back into Live on my xbox without reentering my password, so I assume that the person who compromised my account can do so as well.
I cannot find the points bundles in my account history, but do not know where exactly they would show up, as Microsoft's billing pages are extremely vague and unhelpful. There is also no apparent way to contact online support.
