ACCOUNT BILLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi i am no longer able to use my card for microsoft points membership or anything i do not have debt with microsoft as i have used my card in the past and it has let me purchase a 2 month deal on xbox.live and i would like to know why microsoft has taken money out of my account yet again when one of the accounts issued with my card was frozen for nearly 2 months but took payment the other day i have checked and allsort so dont tell me it has been hacked or someone is useing my card casue they are not i have been waiting on xbox support on the phone for nearly 10 mins 8 pound gone on that so i gave up now i can no longer use my card to purchase points ect if there is nothing that can be done about this then you can stuff the accounts ive had enough problems with xbox live as it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

It's probably because yo uhave automatic renewal turned on. If you want to cancel it, you will need to phone Xbox Support.
