Account banned

This is in follow up to my previous email. I have already been in touch with Xbox live and filed a complaint about son's account being hacked. Frankly getting very frustrated that you people are not reviewing this claim and getting results quicker. This has been going on for over a week and my son is being the one punished for this. Please review situation and UNBAN this account. Another note was sent in to get you people to review!!!!

That the ban forum the moderators "see" most that part

And i recomend teach some security leassons (or repass)for your son, most childs have fall in pishin/spam e-mails of people promises MS points or signatures and in process revels theirs account and password in false sites.

Please make a post in 15 - My LIVE account was suspended, someone from the enforcement team will respond to you with more information on the ban. Also you might want to call Xbox Support back and make sure they have opened an Unauthorized access claim on the account and also let them know that the account has been banned now.
