I would like to know why my gold live account was banned for market place theft according to live staff. I have not downloaded any content for months and what was downloaded was paid for by points purchased on my credit card. If there was a problem why was I not contacted by email or a pop up on my console when I signed in? This would have saved a lot of time and I would not be losing out on my halo reach challenges. When this is going to be resolved will I have to change my gamer tag and e mail ? Can we please try and get this resolved soon?
