I talked too support for several hours and gave a service number to the enforcement team today so fingers crossed this contains everything I could think of as to what my friends have said. Also that may have been a little quick in getting back on.

I was hacked into while playing assassin creed online by three people who did it for fun and trying to get me banned after i got off to call support.

Hey there, thank you for the response.

I know you claim that you are not responsible for the punishment that has been placed on to your account. Though if your 'Unauthorized Access Investigation' has come back with the conclusion of no breaches, then there is nothing more you can do. The breach in ToU / CoC could be due to someone else who has access to your console within your friends and family, however this is just a guess and if that is the case, then you need to understand that your account is your responsibility. Please refer to my previous post, as only the PET can respond to issues relating to bans/suspensions.

 

No one other than that can discuss this with you.

If you have something to take up with the PET team, then you will have to do that in THIS forum section. No one outside of that section can help you with this and the PET do not come outside of their sections.

 

Though as your account has passed its UA Investigation, I doubt you will get anywhere with this I am afraid. The PET clearly state a number of reasons as to why your account was suspended indefinitely.

 

The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to: - Offering to buy, sell, lend, or transfer an account. - The willful exchange of account credentials for the purpose of account tampering, cheating, circumventing content licenses, or defrauding Microsoft.
