Account acting weird....

Not sure what to make of this.   Today my usual gamertag wouldnt let me in, but another profile was allowed to sign in and play.  I checked my e-mail first to see if I'd had any strange updates, and then found that 5600 xbox points had been purchased (no one in the house bought points).   I checked my online bill, and then discovered the points had been refunded.   Ok, but the profile issue is still unsolved.  I've sent a message to the xbox people and haven't heard back yet.  They probably busy, and I figured I'd see if anyone else had seen anything like this.

Top advice but it is possible he is not local to the number you provided. He would be best finding his local support number by visiting this link support.xbox.com/.../call-us.aspx
