ACCOUNT ACHIEVEMENT RESTART

Well, my achivements had been reset some time ago, and since then I've contacted many support staff and they said it was my fault that my brother had used my account and 'modified it'( which is what the email had said). I work much of the day and part of the night so I don't spend alot of time watching over my xbox, so my brother has access to it, to have a little something to past time, I assume while I was gone he did something to it, but it is not my fault that he modified my account. I added a passcode to get onto my account now, and made him his own, but my achievements cannot be earned back and everytime I contact someone that either say it's my fault for not watching over him, or to talk to a specialist team, and they never get back to me. I just would like this issue resolved. I was told to post in the forums and that someone would get back to me and would resolve this.

sorry your account is your responsibility at ALL times if your brother was the one who modded your score you will still take the fall for the reset there is no way to appeal it the only way to get that score back is to start over fresh on a new account.
