According to xbox live, I'm a cheater.

Apparently, I'm a cheater. My favorite thing to do on the Xbox, is get achievements. However, for a few years now I have been unable to get certain achievements and I have had them reset. I reckon about three years, this has been going on. I've had this account for longer than that, I upgraded to gold membership shortly before this happened. I've tried to find out what the problem is and I've noticed that I have full achievements for two games that I know I didn't get. Saying this, I don't know how to tamper and I would have been too young to be able to do it when this problem occurred. For a short period, I was unable to get new achievements, but for a while now, I have been able to. Since I have been able to get them, I have collected quite a few. I've tried going back to the previous achievements but I can no longer get them. It's annoying being labelled a cheater but I wouldn't mind as much if I were able to go back and get achievements for old games like COD 4 and 5 legitimately, I didn't cheat in the first place and I want to get the achievements. I've spoken to a helpful member of support who told me to come here. Please Help. It'd be great if I could start using my Xbox again.

To get an official answer on why your gamerscore was reset, you would need to post here -

Resets are permanent. The only way to re-earn any of the achievements you had before you were reset would be to create a new account and start over.

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.

Great! Thanks for marking this as the answer.
