A family member cannot use the forums

I am posting because they cannot.

'Brits Family' receives this error when they try to view the forums:

The account you are attempting to login with could not be completely activated.

Please contact your site administrator to activate the account or enable automatic account activation.

I mentioned this while requesting rewards activation and was told to ask here.

Hey there Brits! Can you post a screenshot of the exact error you are seeing? Also, is this a new account that you created, or an older one? Is this the first time you have tried hitting the forums on that account? Let us know, thanks!

The account has never been able to login, the account was created nearly 5 weeks ago. As soon as they try to visit: http://forums.xbox.com/
