im seeing the error code 801540b7 and it will not let me download my profile to my xbox. i understand there applying the fix and can you apply it to my account.

hey tj - that fix has already been applied and all users who would have been affected are now fixed. It was a specific account state that created this issue, and your account does not appear to be in that state, so that means this issue would be unrelated to the one we fixed for. Can you detail exactly when you see this error? Does it occur on multiple consoles, or just one? Are you able to download other accounts without issue? Thanks!

i am not abble to download on any console and i didnt try a diifrent account. so i dont know what to do.

I'm in the same situation, I can not download my profile on the Xbox, I can not access my billing on xbox.com, I can not find friends that page always shows me an error, I can not download my profile on PCs with Windows live game. I can login without problems, and a family membership xbox, I may add, in 801540b7 Error XBOX and Windows Live Game 0x8007065B. Already there is a solution for this?

I have this erro code too. First, my profile stop go on xbox live... i talk 2 times with xbox suport (Brazil) and speak many tips, but don't work.

Now i erase my profile and try re-download, but the error apear:

erro code:801540B7
