80154023 Inquiry.

I still after over 6 months and I am still dealing with this 80154023 error code despite numerous calls to the support line. I'd like to start off by saying I have exhausted every option they have given me short of starting a new gamer tag. I've tried different emails, changed passwords, numerous recoveries to no avail. I understand it not the fault of the support personel themselves but that does make this issue and less trying. In short I guess what I want to know is there being anything done to fix this? I know its not just me, I was told some time ago they'd look into if they received enough calls. Have I called enough yet?

Change my windows live ID linked to my gamertag I've been able to do it before but for last several months or so it gives me that error messege when I try to change it again

Hey Tyler. Just to confirm, what domains have you tried for the emails? Have you tried using a live or hotmail address?

They have all been hotmail.com adresses.

Sorry for the absence I've been preparing for finals. It would seem I've lost my reference number, I could try calling again but I'm not sure the outcome will change. I have notice a few more people in the same boat in recent threads it seems Dinosaur Life, elusiveDEVIANT and those are just some of the more recent names. I'm curious no one seems to even know what this error code means, it must mean something right? I'm told 801 is a billing prefix but most support members don't seem to be sure of that.

I think almost all of the 8-digit error codes start with 801, so I'm not sold on that assumption. That said, I checked on your account and I don't actually see any calls to support here. I just want to confirm that you are having this issue with this GT, correct? Did you call in regarding a different GT? Let me know, thanks!

It was this definitely this tag because its the only one I have. As for why there doesn't appear to be any calls I don't know their system or how they log that information. But I'll say this I most certainly did call 3-4 times minimum. Do you know of any investigation into this matter? I've been a more then steady customer since 2007 and I'd like to see that they recognize the concerns of those who have invested time and money in theirs products.

At this time you're the only person I'm aware of with this issue. I'm going to do a little more digging on this and let you know what I find out. Thank you greatly for your patience!
